As part of his U.S. tour, Mathias Tusiime visited the Boston art scene hosted by Kisa Foundation Board member Pete Meyer and well known Boston teacher and fabric artist Jackie McRath. Previously, Tusiime spent two weeks at University of Florida for an Arts in Health Care Seminar. From Boston he went to Oakland CA for the opening of an exhibition of his work. In Boston, Tusiime was introduced to art lovers, and held a children's art workshop and a paper making workshop for adults.
